Join us the first Tuesday of each month for Tuesday Tips on Wellness. Each month we discuss a different topic. If the first Tuesday falls on a holiday, then the class is held on the second Tuesday of the month. Please call the office to confirm the date.
Classes are held at 7pm both live in the Clinic and on Zoom.
